I went on a tour with my mother Istanbul-Cappadocia. The provision of services is disgusting! They didn't tell me anything, they provided the old information of the tour, the room in Istanbul (terrible, They gave only 2 towels, the room was not cleaned, although they put the room to clean; the breakfast is a nightmare - there is a minimum of food, the cook is sitting next to smoking). When they asked questions about the tour from Lada the Chicken, with whom the contract was signed, the answer was "read the contract", "well, I do not know", "what is written in the contract?". It feels like the person doesn't know what they're selling at all! When I said that we wanted to cancel the excursions and return the money, they said it was not possible! Although we didn't go on tours.

We just returned from a New Year's tour to St. Petersburg. The contractor is Anita Tour. The overall impression is not very good. Check-in was at the Art Deco Nevsky 4* hotel. The rooms are terrible, there is no choice on the shelves, there are cockroaches. Until we had a fight, they didn't give us a more or less normal room. Although all the reviews and video reviews in the internet are very complete . In fact, it's worse than a dorm. The accompanying person is Natalia. Before leaving Minsk, they dialed, to clarify exactly where the bus is, and hung up. In the matter of the hotel, she just stood there listening to the group's outbursts and just the shock of people, until she was yanked, so she started calling someone. After the tour, the bus was late to pick us up, it wasn't summer- it was critical during this period, because it was snowing heavily and it was -20 outside. Excursions were not included in the package, I will not say here. They took a banquet for the new year (the declared cost was 8 thousand rubles). The menu was previously known - the menu per person was indicated. In fact, they counted it all together. We discussed our alcohol - no one even thought that something might be wrong - it turned out that the restaurant had a cork fee (1000 rubles / booth). The visitors were shocked. The second part of the group was going to a performance on the palace square - as it turned out, it was canceled due to the events in Belgorod, according to the accompanying / but no, it was (instead of such a situation, they did not even offer a list of places where you can walk). Overall: Peter is super in winter- but not with this tour operator. We have been to St. Petersburg more than once in different seasons, with different travel agencies, but with this one it's just some kind of mess.

The last time we took a tour in this place, the bus broke down on the way. The hotel was terrible, the bathroom stinks of sewage, the rooms are small, the neighbors complained about cockroaches. The tour operator did not offer an alternative. The banquet organized by the tour operator is simply disgusting, they ruined the New Year 😞😞😞 I don't recommend it
