The child had a high fever for several days, they came to this clinic to see a pediatrician (the pediatrician is cool). the pediatrician prescribed treatment and told me to take a blood test. The analysis was passed immediately, the reception said that it would be ready after 17 o'clock. They called and wrote after 17, no one picked up the phone or answered in Whatsapp. The next day was Saturday, the clinic was open until 13. Due to the fact that they did not sleep all night (the child's temperature was knocked down), they slept until 11. I called the clinic, asked to send the result of the analysis on Whatsapp, they said no problem, write the data. An hour later, there is no answer, I call the phones - they say we'll throw it off right now. Another half hour and there is no answer. Okay, I think maybe there are a lot of people, I'll go. I jumped into a taxi, got there, went to the clinic - there are no visitors at all, 4 girls are sitting at the reception. One is watching YouTube, the others are chatting. As a result, no one was even going to give me the analysis on Whatsapp, because when I asked them to give it back, the receptionist reached into the shared folder and found my analysis (in 30 seconds). What's the point of saying you're going to drop the results if you're not going to do it??? At least I managed to arrive before closing time. Well, catch up: at the entrance to the clinic there are 4 ads that you need to go in a mask and shoe covers. Patients without shoe covers and masks, doctors without masks. When taking blood, the laboratory assistant did not even wash her hands (and did not anoint with antiseptic), she just put on disposable gloves (although thanks for that)
