It's a very nice gym, I've been going to this gym for some time now, and I can say that it's one of the best places to train, where you really feel the results. The atmosphere is very pleasant — no show-offs and unnecessary, everyone is engaged in business. Professional trainers will always tell you if you need to adjust your technique or choose exercises for the purpose. The equipment is new, everything is clean, spacious and conveniently located. I especially like that there are strength zones, cardio, and a place for stretching. After each workout, all that remains is a good mood and a desire to return. Thanks to the audience for their motivation and cool conditions — you really want to work on yourself here!
