Заказали электромаркер. Срок поставки ( с учетом изготовления согласно счету) один месяц. Уже прошло 4 месяца. 3 месяца на сайте СДЭК висел трек-номер согласно которому продукция не была отгружена транспортной компании поставщиком. Сейчас и он пропал. При звонке на горячую линию отвечают что-то невразумительное, что вот-вот отправят. Пора писать досудебную претензию. Так не работают. Дополняю отзыв. Мы наконец получили Электроискровой маркер. По качеству претензий нет. Сделано добротно. Гравирует хорошо. В цеху остались довольны.
