Why did the seller not warn when ordering that the sofa would need to be loaded in the store by itself? ?They have a loader, but he is alone and comes only when a car with goods arrives. The inspection of the sofa should be done in a warehouse- where there is no lighting. In response to outrage, if you don't like it, call Gomel. After 5 times, we finally connected with the employee who is responsible for quality. As a result, we decided to assemble the sofa in the store- to inspect it, only after that to take it away. I think that these issues should be solved by sellers, and not send calls on any issue to Gomel.
