The purchase did not leave the best impression. Why did the seller not warn when ordering that the sofa would need to be loaded in the store by itself? ?They have a loader, but he is alone and comes only when a car with goods arrives. The inspection of the sofa should be done in a warehouse- where there is no lighting. In response to outrage, if you don't like it, call Gomel. After 5 times, we finally connected with the employee who is responsible for quality. As a result, we decided to assemble the sofa in the store- to inspect it, only after that to take it away. I think that these issues should be solved by sellers, and not send calls on any issue to Gomel.
