We came in with my husband. The burger was brought tasteless, dry, the cutlet seemed to be pulled out of the freezer and just warmed up, the bun is sweet. The pancakes were carried for 50 minutes, and were not delivered. We confused the orders a couple of times when coming to our table, although we had a number (then why give them out?) . I did not wait for the pancakes, and they were very late, they came up and asked for either a refund or to give them to me within a couple of minutes. They were given away after 5 minutes. I tried them at home, they were terrible, dry, they tasted very much like soda. I don't recommend it, I don't set foot there anymore. Train the staff in service standards.

I don't know what they did with it, but it was a burnt cake with a standard set of products on top: ham and cheese. Of course, we ate the top out of hunger, the cakes were absolutely not edible. We went there several times to order pizza, they have a waiting time of about an hour and a half, it's on a weekday. The last time we went in at 22:10, pizza orders were no longer accepted, although the institution is open until 23:00, and there were not many people, several people were sitting outside. There is no staff at all, they have no politeness to visitors.
