I can definitely say that the coffee here is wonderful, I wanted to stop by for breakfast, but ... At 9-9.30 in the morning there are huge queues and everything is practically occupied, I did not expect that this could be on weekdays) it is possible delicious! Plus, breakfast takes 40 minutes to prepare, and there was no way to expect it. One disadvantage is that there is nowhere to park.

The waiters are lost, they don't know what to carry and where to go. We made a drink with a volume less than the ordered one, we had to go to the bar on our own and figure it out. Well, the cherry on the cake is dirty tables that are not cleaned for hours, and where the dishes were removed, the table was not wiped from sticky stains. There are a lot of establishments in our city at a level above this.

The establishment is located in the central part of the city, ~ 5 minutes to the city embankment and the same time to the central pedestrian street of Brest (Sovetskaya). The interior of the place is also not bad. The music is playing at a moderate volume, which I consider a small plus. However, the tables are very close and not very convenient, which causes some moral discomfort. There are a couple of tables "in the inner courtyard" where smoking is allowed, however, through this courtyard everyone goes to the toilet since it is located there and I think the disadvantage is that when the door opens back and forth and if you choose a table next to it, you can smell it playing, personally it made me uncomfortable. I would also like to note one nuance, next to the door to the courtyard there was a hanger that almost fell (fortunately during its spamming) on the table that we occupied and this was due to the draught. When we came to occupy a table, we were surprised, it was in crumbs and on the floor, not only near the table that our company occupied, but there were crumbs near the other tables too. However, they responded promptly to the request to remove it and the table became clean. The staff is young, mostly, as I noticed, they were girls, in neat clean clothes. The menu was not given to us in the best quality (the book itself): the pages are already flying out of the brackets, some are dirty, some are worn in total so-so. The availability of dishes would not say that it is gorgeous, but I liked the availability of different Sushi options. In the restaurant, as I understand it, the 50/50 service system works, that is, you do 50% of the actions yourself, 50% is done by the waiter. You come, you order, you pay, if there are drinks ready or they are quickly made, you pick them up yourself, and then they give you a number and the waiter brings you the ordered dish. However, the expectation of the order was disappointing, we ordered a sushi set which are indicated in the menu, however, the waiting time was indicated on top, if I am not mistaken, it is about 15-20 minutes. I don't want to seem like a person who is looking for some disadvantages, however, when paying at the checkout, not only did they not issue a check, they still did not warn about the waiting time. As a result, after the past 20 minutes and clarifying the circumstances why it took so long for the order to be given, the girl at the bar wrote off a phrase like this: "Weren't you warned?". And after a quiet whispering with the kitchen, we realized that our order hadn't started cooking yet and promised to make it within 10 minutes, although we had half drunk the drinks. As a result, we waited for our set. What can I say about the taste, it was even good, although I'm not a fan and not an expert in sushi, but what they cook there and take from the store is heaven and earth. And it really turned out to be very tasty. Therefore, considering everything, I would say that there are solid 2 stars here, I would not put it higher yet, the hand would not rise. Of course, I wanted to attach a photo, but I couldn't do it.
