When my partner returned the tool, no one said that there was no need to pay for the time that the broken bump was lying. Instead, the staff put me on some kind of blacklist so that no one would give me a tool anymore, since I broke the bump. That's what I want to say, dear friends, you need to solve problems and talk to people, and not behave like an "offended woman." Now you are also on my blacklist of non-professionals.
