We offered to keep our license and show a photo of our passport, but they refused. Why such distrust of people? A VU is also an identity document. We returned to the competitors and waited for our bikes. I won't set foot on you again. And, since you have such a total distrust of people, at least warn them in advance by phone that the rental is only based on your passport!

Naturally, it theoretically cannot be perfect clean because this item is in the rental. Upon acceptance, pointing to a small divorce in an inconspicuous place, I was told that the tile was dirty and refused to return the deposit in the amount of 10 rubles. Adding at the same time that if they accept it in this form, they will have to pay 10 rubles from their pocket. In general, they made me laugh:) It is useless to try to bombard arguments. Employees behave like robots and don't want to understand anything. I suspect that they have such an additional income. Good luck in your work!
