Usually managers call, but here they write to Viber (well, let us know about it somewhere on the site), by the way, which I use extremely rarely and notifications do not come from there. 2 hours have passed since the registration, I did not know what they wrote to me in Viber. I am trying to write to jivosite, which is presented on the site, but without a phone number, the dialogue cannot be started. So if you don't have a number, then you won't talk to the manager. They immediately tell me that the girl had already contacted me (which I did not know at that time), I double-checked, yes, it is, but the manager was not confused that there was no response to the message for an hour and a half and for some reason they did not dare to call, perhaps they fought for this opportunity. In the chat, I was informed that there is no 500 ml mask, there are only 100 ml, or 2 other masks that do not look like the one I ordered, apparently there are no other manufacturers available either, because they were not offered. Shampoo was also not available, but it was not even offered analogues. To my question, "If some products are not available, why are they available for registration on the site?", I was quite logically answered, "Our system administrators simply do not have time to update the information on the site." It took 3 hours from the moment of the dialogue to the review, and the system administrators did not have time to update the information. I clarified when the goods I needed would be available, I was just informed that they were not waiting for receipt in the next 2 weeks. Well, that is, and whether there will be a supply of these products at all, the corporation withholds information or does not own it.
Additionally, I want to appeal to the people who support the site, well, it's true, it's crooked in places. The hair reconstruction technologist's shop is No. 1 in Belarus, and no one can customize the template, although it is quite primitive, 85% of such stores work on it. Trite, try to open the filter of any desired shampoo, it will immediately show 100 types of others, among which the one you need will be lost, but apparently it was intended that way.
And so, in general, everything is fine. It's good that there are competitors who have better product availability. Thanks!
