I've been going to this gym and pool since 2021. Then the annual subscription cost 15 thousand, and this price fully justified itself. Now the cost has increased to 30 thousand, but, unfortunately, the quality of service has not only not improved, but has deteriorated in many ways. I often come across the fact that something breaks and is not repaired for a long time, whether it's exercise equipment, showers or other equipment. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired: at times, hygiene in the locker room and shower areas is not at all up to par. It has become especially inconvenient to use the pool and Jacuzzi. There are many elderly people who can occupy these areas for hours, creating inconvenience for other visitors. During the training of children, the pool becomes almost inaccessible — there is a lot of noise and crowding. The gym itself is small, and this is felt especially acutely after 16:00, when it is almost impossible to find an empty seat or a simulator for a comfortable workout. I hope that the administration will pay attention to these problems, because for such a price you want to receive an appropriate level of service.
