Disgusting attitude towards customers, illiterate staff. The analysis was passed, the staff could not even say what one of the points in the analysis means, which means that the analysis is positive. The receptionist leaves the room to talk on the phone outside while the client is standing at the reception. They do not try to help clarify the situation in any way, they are not afraid of bad reviews.

I took the test , they called and said we couldn 't take the blood , allegedly it was too greasy , but I had already paid in advance .I immediately went to the hospital and passed it there, and everything was fine as expected .So much for the promtest lab.

We came from Sochi to Yerevan for treatment.We went with my husband (for him) to the medical center of Genetics on the street.Abovyan, to a gastroenterologist named Anna Derenikovna.She wrote to a bunch of unnecessary tests, called the manager Anna Abazyan at the Promtest laboratory in front of us, agreed with her (so that we would not run away and they would know who we were going to them from) and sent them there to take tests for 180,000 grams (which turned out after blood collection).She prescribed treatment with strong antibiotics and drugs according to an INCORRECTLY DETERMINED analysis of helicobacterium by feces, which showed that there is an infection, while simultaneously sending to her gastroscopist for gastroscopy and saying that we do not need to determine the presence of helicobacter infection there, although this is included in the cost of the examination and this is one of the most correct definitions of this infections. We re-passed this analysis in all possible and impossible ways to determine the infection, including by the gastroscopic method from our doctor (we no longer went to the one to whom she sent it), it turned out that the spouse did not have an infection. As a result, after our indignation at the truthfulness of the analysis response, treatment and a serious conversation with the laboratory manager (on the streetAbovyan) it turned out that the answer to the analysis made in the Promtest by appointment of Anna Derenikovna was incorrect, we received an answer from the Promtest.The rollback did not go smoothly due to the fact that there were people who might not immediately, but later realized what was going on in this laboratory and for whom and how the answers to the tests were determined... ... accordingly, time and nerves and money were lost, and most importantly, our health, which was treated in favor of our pocket, and not in favor of treating the patient. Please draw conclusions... don't get sick, be healthy!
