A week ago, from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a hopeless idle vehicle and its payment with fuel, an idle round-trip fuel tank - this is plus the cost of a type of "low price" product. The next attempt to pick up the cargo turned out to be simply impossible(((. Since the beginning of the week, the driver was again sent to pick up the goods. Arriving at 6 p.m., he handed over the original documents to the car and joined the 4th queue (of course, we do not forget about paying for the daily allowance and additional refueling of the car for heating in a 30 degree frost). But the morning came and 3 cars left with the goods at 10 a.m., and our "fighter" sounded the alarm - the cars were coming in from the side, loading, and he was standing! I had to call the warehouse and ask which car was in the queue, but it turns out they answered us - this is confidential information((( seriously??? And what are you hiding, "decent" warehouse workers?Specifying the queue and loading time is the working information of the driver's and Buyer's working day!!! The response from the warehouse representative was: I'm going out for lunch now, and then I'll tell you. And at 2 p.m. we are told that we are in line. 8th, how does this happen? Are we the first in front of the main gate???!!!! Hooray, the car was launched at 18.00 - that is, exactly a day has passed!!! But they were happy early (out of 10 positions, by 19:40, this warehouse had loaded only 2, and the crane operator went home, while the driver was told that the car would not be released!!! The question is, with whom was the delay of the car and the driver agreed, at whose expense is the banquet?!!! Do not forget and add more to the price of the product: 2 daily allowances, fuel burn for night and daytime heating. But the most important thing is that productive warehouse workers don't forget to rest for lunch and go home on time to spend the night - they don't give a damn about the driver who freezes in the car for 2 days and the Customer who paid for the goods pays the construction crew the same day just waiting for the goods and of course pays extra for the downtime and his delivery is always welcome (((. According to the Customer, if only he knew!!!((( it was cheaper to order directly from Russia!!! I do not recommend this company with such an organization of the "work" of the warehouse.
