This Bank, a specially specifically at this brunch is a total scam , headache and pain in a butt. Lying and taking advantage of elderlies with their all money they were saving all life, is a big no no and huge reversed karma. Trying to convince almost an 80 years old couple who come with last Pennie’s in their wallet, by being lied and deceived and making client feel bad, that “ invested” money going for Power and Military , but in reality it was scammed for personal interest on Banker Andrew to his so he call “legal” benefit , it’s a huge 🚩 flag to Bank and terrible reputation to whole Brunch, manager and whole Vanks name. Multiple complains were made about tricky on high percentage for “ client” investment , but in reality it was only for personal benefit . Female Brunch manager was addressed to
This huge issue and complained and she still was ignoring. I highly recommend to stay away from this Bank 🏦 unless you really literally want to loose all your the last money you worked hard for all your life

После посещения отделения банка осталось благоприятное впечатление. Вежливая опытная сотрудница всё обстоятельно объяснила. Я попала к той, которая постарше, не разглядела бейджик, к сожалению. Проблему решили, проконсультировала по вкладам. Новый современный офис.
