On December 13, the Internet went missing, the wire fell on the road due to weather conditions, it was hit by a passing truck and cut off, we applied. So - SO FAR they have not deigned to come. A week ago, we called another provider, they said that "work is underway, so we are not connecting yet." So, they called back and connected us faster than promtelecom responded to our request left a month ago. By the way, the Internet in November also almost did not work because of DDOS attacks, and before that because of some earthworks. Tech. support is just terrible, after waiting in a huge queue you can simply turn off when you are already in 1-2 place and about 20 minutes of your time will go nowhere. If you get through, the operators never know anything, they can't clearly answer any questions, and if they do, they lie (for example, they told us that they were fixing two streets from my house and would soon reach us, it was two weeks ago, they still haven't reached us), the manner of communication rude, they can just hang up if they have nothing to answer. During a month of calls to them, they did not provide any clear information about the timing and progress of the work. Moreover, they had the audacity at that time to raise the price and withdraw money from their personal account. It's just an office of scammers. Thank God that we have Trinity and several other options here, people in neighboring areas have no choice at all, which is what this "company" uses. Avoid promtelekom like fire, if your nerves are dear to you, and those who already have promtelekom and still do not have the Internet - write complaints to Rospotrebnadzor

I do not recommend it! Absolutely disregard for subscribers. It is simply impossible to get through to technical support! 8.12 the Internet is gone. I left a request through the subscriber department, and tech support called back. I asked why you didn't pick up the phone, they answered me - we do, right on the call. This is a blatant lie, which I reported to the operator, because I got through to both a mobile and a landline phone within half an hour, they say the first in line, ten minutes and just turn it off. I asked how long the application is being processed and the repairmen will come - within a day. 9.12 I called back to tech support, after a short conversation, I was informed that today is Saturday and no one will do anything until Monday (although 100% of their fault when the bad weather collapses). I called back to the medical department, as a result, after the scandal, threats to write complaints to all authorities, the Internet was still made in the afternoon. It turns out that the day off did not hurt. This is the attitude towards subscribers in promtelecom! And by the way, due to the lack of Internet, no one recalculates, only on request, but it is clear that many do not write them, hassle and time... And by the way, the speed is constantly lower than stated, it is impossible to prove anything, they show that everything is fine! The service is terrible!!! I do not recommend it!
