Starting in 2021, Internet outages have become more and more frequent. This company solves problems with the Internet, but within a few days, but after a while the problems repeat themselves. As a result, he left this company. But at the end of November 2024. I wanted to connect the Internet to parents in the private sector (because none of the providers serve this sector anymore, although this is the city center) and left a request for connection. I've been waiting for the third month, but there are no messages from the company. I called a couple of times and got this response: "when we check everything, we'll let you know." When I asked them to specify at least some deadlines, they replied that the deadlines were unlimited. I don't think I'll wait any longer for the company to respond to my request. And there was no desire to contact this provider again. I will be looking for another way to connect my parents to the Internet. Apparently, this company doesn't really need new subscribers. In short, if you want to get yourself a firebrand, choose Promtelecom.
