It is impossible to get through to support, and it is also impossible to write back, the funny thing is that they still respond after everything has been fixed and ask if they need more help. I understand that there may be a lot of requests for problems and support cannot respond on time, so why NOT ALWAYS respond to a request a day or more later??

I wanted to connect the Internet to parents in the private sector (because none of the providers serve this sector anymore, although this is the city center) and left a request for connection. I've been waiting for the third month, but there are no messages from the company. I called a couple of times and got this response: "when we check everything, we'll let you know." When I asked them to specify at least some deadlines, they replied that the deadlines were unlimited. I don't think I'll wait any longer for the company to respond to my request. And there was no desire to contact this provider again. I will be looking for another way to connect my parents to the Internet. Apparently, this company doesn't really need new subscribers.
