I read some reviews, it seems that these so-called clients did not even contact this insurance company. Or they're just lying. I have been a client of Promtransinvest for almost ten years, for all these years I had to apply almost every year. The attitude of the employees has always been polite. All issues related to the examination, registration of all necessary documents were resolved within an hour. The car is insured for a full hard hat. I recommend the insurance company Promtransinvest. I like it here.

I want to draw attention to the boorish service of the insurance agent Vasilenko Nadezhda Ivanovna. An eternally dissatisfied face, boorish service, a lot of unnecessary conversations, constantly raking out some of his joints while the client is sitting and waiting for him to finally be served. But the worst thing is that she is constantly trying to "cheat" the policyholder!!! Thanks to such an employee, the company loses customers.
I have been using your company's services for a long time. I insure my life when traveling abroad, voluntary accident insurance for myself and my child, comprehensive insurance for 4 (four !!! apartments) and planned to insure the fifth apartment, but N.I. Vasilenko did everything today so that I would lose my precious time in the company's office and leave with nothing. By the way, when I returned home, I calmly took out insurance online, without nerves, without an unpleasant expression on Vasilenko's face and much cheaper than Vasilenko counted.
Despite this unpleasant specialist, I will not refuse the company's services, since I used to be issued insurance policies by Artamonov S.S., Antonova L.V., Voitishkina Yu.O. for which I am very grateful!!! Quickly, clearly, professionally, without unnecessary "lyrics" and unnecessary conversations for anyone.
Also, over the past year, I have brought enough of my friends and acquaintances to your company. Each of them has issued at least 4-5 insurance policies.

Hello, I would not advise anyone to get insurance from this company. They do not correctly convey information, boorish attitude towards the client, read the contract for all the answers. They change their shoes 10 times a day, they smile at you just to rip off your money, and as soon as an insurance event occurs, then you are the first enemy on the planet for this company. They drive back and forth, stall for time and communicate with the client. It is very difficult to get a result from them, take some kind of paper (direction), which is done in 2 to 5 minutes, you wait 5 working days, and about the expert-this is generally a separate story. Bypasses this office. Save your nerves
