A very pleasant, polite and competent master. The polyphonic speaker in Huawei NOVA 5T stopped playing on Sunday, when all services were closed. In a telephone conversation, the master said, "come, we'll sort it out, we'll see." I think this is the right approach to work, because in another service, I was told to leave the phone for 5-6 days (game), which is a disaster in current realities. Upon arrival, in 15 minutes the master disassembled the phone, determined that the speaker had passed away, found Honor 20 (analog NOVA 5T) in his nooks, changed the speaker with me, the phone started singing again. I took 65 rubles for this work and gave a month's warranty. I think it's very budgetary. I recommend this workshop to everyone. The dude does very well, it is clear that he is decent and intelligent.

I visited this workshop on 7.06.24. The master was not in place, called, the master said he would be in 15 minutes, waited 30 minutes but the master did not appear, called again said he would be in 3-4 minutes but again waiting, but he did not appear. Doubts appeared after the appeal. I confirm all previously written reviews about the opening hours. The schedule is only on paper. In fact, alas. The second day I come to the master, but there is no one on the spot. All promises to call back and tell the essence of the breakdown were not made. It was only after I called myself that they told me what was wrong with my laptop. No one has reported on readiness either. Be prepared for such an attitude and pay attention to some of these reviews. They have a place to be. There is nothing to say about the quality of the repair. I do not have full confidence that I was not bred for money. And the attitude in "human" qualities is only a confirmation of that.

Пришла чинить отключившийся телефон. Понимала, что скорее всего перестала работать кнопка включения (в моей модели это частая поломка). В других мастерских мне обещали все исправить за неделю и рублей за 100 по стоимости. С такими ожиданиями по ремонту я пришла и сюда, но здешний мастер удивил: кнопку починил в разы дешевле и быстрее. Спасибо. К ремонту вопросов нет. Что еще из приятного: мастер общается по-человечески, готов напоить кофе с конфетками, но что важнее - не против объяснить суть поломки и подобрать оптимальный вариант ремонта. Похоже, что ему действительно важно помочь клиентам. Уже составила свой список ожидания из техники, нуждающейся в ремонте. Постепенно починю ее тут

Очень понравилась данная компания. Работают быстро, посоветуют лучшее, исполнение профессиональное. Отдавал на ремонт гаджет. Ремонт средней сложности занял меньше суток. Кроме ремонта предложили профилактику. При мне так же приходили клиенты, которым быстро и профессионально отремонтировали устройство. Некоторые простейшие операции исполняют в момент обращения и не задирают ценник.

Работа была сделана качественно и быстро человек даже на час задержался чтобы доделать,но пунктуальности нету(договорились на утро,звонишь вначале не брал трубку,затем говорил одно время,в когда перезванивал говорил другое в итоге только к обеду он появился на работе) из-за этого такая оценка.

Мастер просто прекрасный. С юмором. Пока он копался с ноутбуком, поговорили,пошутили,поднял мне хоть настроение,чтобы я сильно не расстраивался по поводу ноутбука. Дал парочку советов. Не ведитесь на доп.усгули(Помощь мастеру 5р,дать совет мастеру 5р,сделай все сам 10р). Оказывает,что это наоборот надбавка к оплате ремонта,а не скидочка. Меня чуть не развели 🚬🗿 поэтому лучше молчите и не мешайте ему делать свою работу. Спасибо большое за советы!!!

Телефон плохо заряжался. Думал нужно менять слот под зарядку. В итоге просто почистил слот за 10мин и все. Зарядка включается как будто телефон новый. Советую для ремонта телефона. Быстро и качественно

Время работы с 9 до 19 в 12 мастера ещё нет ,шарашкина кантора .Не обращайтесь в эту мастерскую ,звонишь ,сейчас буду ,прошел час ,сейчас буду ,сейчас буду .Это полный обман ,зубы заговаривают и больше ни чего .

Приехав в мастерскую на дверях была табличка уехал за запчастями..позвонив мастер сказал буду через 5 - 10 минут..я его прождала 45 минут! Начала ему звонить не брал трубку! Я потратила своё время и деньги и уехала недождавшись...Как можно так относится к своим клиентам!!

Сдавал телефон для подклейки экрана, оказывается погнулся корпус. Исправили дефект и заклеили экран за 2 дня. Перед сдачей телефона был вопрос: а будет ли какой телефон на время починки? Да, будет! Мастер предоставит вам телефон на временное пользование. По ремонту вопросов нуль. Спасибо). Рекомендую!
