Excellent cuisine. The author's dishes are beyond praise. Warm salad, soups, hot dishes, everything is delicious and plentiful. I was especially surprised by the author's tea "Apple Harmony". I've been on two different shifts, and the service is excellent, there are always places during the day, but I haven't been in the evening yet. Relaxing atmosphere during the day, calm music, as if a piano player is playing. We waited for the hot food both times for 20-25 minutes, tea and salads for 5-7 minutes.

Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms: there is an indoor hall and an outdoor veranda. You can spend holidays. There are many tempting dishes on the menu. What we ordered was very tasty. A quick note: the hot dish has cooled down too quickly. Perhaps the plate was not heated. Actually, I didn't like this plate, it's inconvenient to cut meat in it because of the high edges. And the chairs, comfortable and soft, turned out to be too low, or the tables were too high, not very comfortable.

Overall impression: I really liked it! The perfect place to have a quiet lunch, spend a romantic evening or meet friends. The cafe leaves a feeling of thoughtfulness in everything. Be sure to try the salads at the Prospect! This is not just a side dish, but full-fledged and very tasty dishes. All the ingredients are as fresh as possible, you can feel the hand of a good chef: the vegetables are crispy, the sauces are balanced, there is no over-salt or excess oiliness. Bottom line: I definitely recommend the Prospect cafe! This is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience: you will be deliciously fed, served with high quality and left in a great mood. We will definitely come back again to try other dishes from the extensive menu.
