Excellent cuisine. The author's dishes are beyond praise. Warm salad, soups, hot dishes, everything is delicious and plentiful. I was especially surprised by the author's tea "Apple Harmony". I've been on two different shifts, and the service is excellent, there are always places during the day, but I haven't been in the evening yet. Relaxing atmosphere during the day, calm music, as if a piano player is playing. We waited for the hot food both times for 20-25 minutes, tea and salads for 5-7 minutes.

A quick note: the hot dish has cooled down too quickly. Perhaps the plate was not heated. Actually, I didn't like this plate, it's inconvenient to cut meat in it because of the high edges. All the ingredients are as fresh as possible, you can feel the hand of a good chef: the vegetables are crispy, the sauces are balanced, there is no over-salt or excess oiliness. Bottom line: I definitely recommend the Prospect cafe! This is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience: you will be deliciously fed, served with high quality and left in a great mood. We will definitely come back again to try other dishes from the extensive menu.

My friends and I were lucky enough to visit this beautiful place. First of all, there is a beautiful veranda with cocoons. Secondly, the waiters are very nice. We visited this institution on Sunday, we were in the city on business. We came to relax, to sit in a quiet environment. We specially chose a place on the second floor! But during the entire stay, the waiter Ekaterina (a very nice polite girl) walked around our table and "popped" some kind of product from a bottle and washed the tables and counters! Although in normal establishments this is not done in front of visitors who are eating. That's not where she washes! The photo shows the condition of the hoods (they must be cleaned!). There's trash under our table… Now according to the menu) according to the norms, the menu indicates the output of the dish. Breast- it says 100 gr., but they brought 470!!! For what? I was counting on the amount indicated in the menu. And there the price is just for 100 grams! It was not possible to sit in a calm atmosphere.

I'm not sure for four stars. In any case, I recommend visiting. Most of all, I liked the interior with iron elements on the wall like fish scales. It is somewhat reminiscent of the disappeared decorative elements in the former Minsk Ocean. But there are questions about nutrition and serving. When they found out that the filing time was 45 minutes, they "asked off" for 30 minutes to go look at the legendary lanterns on Sovetskaya Street. When we arrived, there were already soups and a salad on the table, which is positioned as warm. But it's their own fault, they offered to warm up the soups. But when the hot stuff was brought, it was a little warm. And these are grilled dishes. I can only answer for myself according to my taste. I took ribs and Bavarian cabbage. Everything is barely warm. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong. But I still have the feeling that the ribs were sugary smoked. I can't judge, but maybe it's liquid smoke or some flavor enhancers. As for me, it's unnecessary.

The meat in the cutlets is tasteless, I doubt its quality, but I won't confirm it. By the way, the burgers arrived about 10 minutes earlier than the drinks, which is strange. Service: not bad, but not good either. When asked about a cold burger, they asked if it needed to be warmed up (I think this is a strange question given the circumstances). Atmosphere: at about 21:20, loud music and live singing begin in the grill bar. It becomes impossible to have a dialogue indoors. Besides, the singing is mediocre and the repertoire is for an amateur, in my opinion. Conclusion: the price tag in the institution is slightly above average, but completely unjustifiably. I won't be coming back

I didn't really understand the "high rating". We ordered tom yam (2 shrimps, 3 pieces of salmon and that's the end of the seafood, sooooo many finely chopped onions and champignons, served with buns, and it should be with rice), a real cheeseburger (as part of a huge cheese patty in hard breading, you can reduce its size by two and remove the breading, or reduce it by 4 twice, 2 times less meat patty as in the canteen), too fine grinding and a lot of bread... In general, of course, we ate, but without pleasure. The interior, the serving of dishes, the work of the waiters and the location are good.

The food is very tasty, but not very well served. I don't know what the problem is: the lack of waiters or unwillingness to work in principle. The evening began with the fact that none of the waiters approached us for an hour after we sat down at the table. We had to catch them ourselves. Moreover, with the phrase "I'll be right there" and absence for at least 20 minutes 😅 Okay, we made an order. Some dishes consisted of a side dish and some kind of meat. To my surprise, the side dish was brought, but the meat was not. The meat was brought only 20 minutes after the side dish. It's not very good at all. Drinks were made for a super long time, for half an hour an ordinary glass of beer, not to mention cocktails. The situation is similar with hookahs. Although there was no queue for hookahs. Regarding the quality of food, drinks and hookahs, everything was on top! But in terms of time and quality of service... I have huge questions.
