They position themselves as qualified workers with extensive work experience and a high degree of automation. What actually happened: we signed a contract with this company for maintenance, there were agreements to move the base, to establish work during the reporting period. There was no feedback all the time, they called themselves, asked to transfer the database. The time for calculating the PO is silence. I'm calling again, asking you to do the job. It's time for the quarter to close – silence. I'm calling. The entire primary was delivered a month and a half before the deadline for submitting the declaration. Silence. Well, I think they're working. And now comes the moment of paying taxes, silence again. I ask you how much income tax and VAT you need to pay, the answer is not at all, we submitted your old declaration, as you submitted the documents late. That is, they did absolutely NOTHING, moreover, they began to deceive that they could not set up an ESFCH, for a reason that does not exist and cannot be. They said they would make an updated declaration, I look at the 1C program-no movements. I call again and explain that there is a penalty for non-payment, the answer is yes, it is. And silence again. The director generally says, why didn't you call and ask? I had to urgently look for an accountant. Again, for a fee, so that he closes the block. To summarize, it is SIMPLY impossible to get these people to do their job. They look you straight in the eye and do nothing. The "office" is a mess, if they work in such conditions, then the mess is in the documents, and in fact, in the heads. I just don't understand why they do that. Although it is clear: the money for the quarter was regularly received, nothing was done, and now it is not necessary to start work, because any adequate person will look for a way out of the situation so as not to pay fines and penalties, and not wait for the company to JUST do its job. Don't get involved.

These 4 weeks were just fed breakfast, they promised to throw off the KUDIR. As a result, they admitted that they did not lead her and stupidly began to ignore her. Both the manager and the director. Summary: they don't do the job, they don't know much about the legislation, nothing good will come of it. Now I pay others 3.25 times more, but they chew every little thing, count every penny and give good advice on legislation.

They opened an LLC. At the conclusion of the contract, the head of the company "Simply" colorfully described how much they do, what great accountants they have, professionals in their field and specialists with a capital letter. All processes are set up and automated and customers are completely happy. And now the reality. The results of one month of work with this company: 1. They promised to create a personal account in which they will drop all documents for general document management. A month later, the office was empty, and it remained. 2. They did not submit information about accounting policy to the tax service (although the director reminded them 3 times about this). 3. They did not hire employees with the wording "Please do not distract us, we are currently in the VAT period." 4. According to the PO was not credited to the employees. 5. On the demand to return the EDS, so that we ourselves could send the necessary data to the tax service, the director of the company began to slip the termination agreement and refused to return the electronic key until we signed the termination (which he did not even let us read, all the time holding it in his hands :) As a result of the first month of work - 0% efficiency for X00 rubles. All the tasks set for the company "Simply" have failed miserably. A well-deserved stake. Who reads this review - look for other performers.
