I give 4 stars for the comfortable atmosphere, attentive attitude and courteous work of the staff. The cost of services is reasonable, and the staff answers all questions in detail and correctly, which creates a sense of customer care. This time I cut the ends of my hair. Unfortunately, the master coped with the task too quickly and carelessly, the result was only satisfactory. Therefore, I will no longer contact this specialist. Nevertheless, I liked the hairdresser herself: I am sure that there are many experienced and accurate craftsmen working here. I think I was just a little unlucky, and I got a novice specialist. Overall, the place left a pleasant impression, and I am ready to return to try the services of other craftsmen.

By appointment, I got to Tatiana, I'm just horrified by such a master. There have never been such masters in this parikhmakherskaya, it's not the first time I've had my hair cut. I can't even find the words for what this master did to my hair. She said I wouldn't pay for her work. She brought me to tears. The administrator came and took me to another master. The other master himself was horrified by such a haircut, one hair was shorter, the other longer, in general, they completely fooled him, the master had to work hard to fix the flaws of the previous one. I hope my hair grows back and I get a haircut like this. It's a pity, my previous master was on vacation at that time. Good craftsmen leave.
