It really used to be cheaper when their activities only started in the vastness of our city. Therefore, my choice was always for them, but now it has probably lost its relevance. I took my son for a haircut on weekends, just because it was a holiday, and many hairdressers were on weekends.I didn't find out the prices, but I was hoping for a smaller check, but it turned out the same as near the house.Therefore, the reason to go there next time is definitely not on the agenda if the prices are essentially the same. And also about the room: the halls themselves are spacious, and the waiting room is very small, and the only thing that saves you is the fact that you have a pre-appointment, and therefore there is a chance that you will get straight to the master.And if you take turns, then there is a risk of being on the street at all, waiting for your turn.. I'll give you a 4 for the legends of memories. As for today, I think this is an overestimate.

The receptionist went into the staff room three times and invited the masters for a haircut. It was fun there, not before work. Hurtful.

Where are those masters, where has the skill and professionalism gone? There's not even anyone to sign up for. They work just to do it, the nails are not smooth, thick, there are detachments. Apparently, they recruited staff-"so that it would be"! You can't do the same, keep your brand, which has been developed over the years! There are no complaints about master hairdressers! But this is not the first time there has been a residue from the so-called administrator. Before that, she was a little older, very polite and pleasant. And we have already encountered a new one several times, today 06.07 I communicated with her on the phone, as unpleasant as possible, you sign up for a service, as if to her house, an eternally businesslike dissatisfied tone, instead of answering the question, what time is there in the evening to say at any time, for example, in such and such an interval, a dissatisfied one answers WHAT TIME??!! Even if this hairdresser is not considered an elite beauty salon, but you pay money for services, you want to politely offer options. Yes, there are always a lot of people there, you can't get a haircut on a weekend, but I think if it's difficult for a person to serve such a number of customers or they don't like their job, then something needs to change. There are no questions about the barbershop itself, it is a great place, with excellent craftsmen and prices.

The administrator is unpleasant, rude (blonde, I don't remember the name), did not warn the girl doing the manicure, I'm sorry, but I can't call her a "master". Then, already in the office, they offered to sit down and put a hand bath. Well, I think okay, let them do this, maybe they'll do it well too. As a result, they cut my cuticle to meat, then they hurt and were red for another 5 days. But the girl, when asked about it, told me that it was normal and that it would pass in a couple of days. I do not recommend it, I will never go there again.

The receptionist asked me to wait a bit. Master Igor came. I explained what I was expecting. And then the most interesting thing began. The haircut lasted 8 minutes. In the process, the master asks "something like that?" ... as a result, a spoiled haircut and mood. I really didn't like that the "master" combed my head with a comb, and with the same comb he scratched his head during the haircut! The horror! Plus, it was very unpleasant that the master chewed gum throughout the haircut. Disgusting towards customers. To my question, how long has this "master" been working in a barbershop, the answer was "for a long time!". I noticed that a young guy named Ruslan was cutting hair nearby, I liked his attitude towards the client. I do not know how he is a master, but I will definitely sign up for him next time.
