We arrived around the month of August to buy lenses.. I got a wonderful girl who picked it up and sold it. We decided to choose this optics all the time. We went to buy lenses at the weekend, the consultant refused to make a discount on the card and subscription, it seems like a trifle, but it's a shame.

I decided to order glasses in the optics near the house. It turned out to be yours - the closest. A very pleasant impression was left by the girl who helped pick up the frame and checked her eyesight, but that was the end of all the good.(I put this one star exclusively to her) She came to pick up the glasses at the appointed time, and they tell me she came, there was no message that they were ready (and I came a day later than the specified date). They climbed to look for glasses and it turned out that they were delivered, but they are sent back to the alteration due to the fact that when the glasses were installed, the frame was damaged. Not only did I count on these glasses, but they also did not notify me that the order was delayed due to the fault of Optics. From the apologies, I only heard that it would be worse if the order was issued with a marriage and in general we were waiting for a new frame here for a long time from another point (which the client should not know at all). I understand everything and am a non-conflicted person, but when I once again came for a redone order (again a day later than the stated date) they said stomp, wait for messages. And then I couldn't stand it. I rarely write bad reviews (by the way, this is the only one). Not only did they not notify, they tried to conceal that the optics were redoing the order due to the fault, so I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a "wonderful" message like Hachiko.

If it were possible to rewind time, I would not have turned to this optics. I wanted to enjoy the purchase of glasses, but so far I have acquired stress. I can't say anything bad about the girls, but the service itself (there are no clear deadlines (they feed breakfast))and the quality of the frames is frustrating.
