I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this network: transparent ones with diopters for everyday life and heavy computer work, and polarizing solar ones for everyday life, wearing on the street, driving, etc. When buying, the consultant assured that the lenses are European, which means high-quality and very EXPENSIVE. I waited a MONTH for the glasses to be made. They did not properly notify about the readiness of the glasses, they had to call to clarify after the agreed production period. As a result, sunglasses were made in which screens are completely invisible (computer monitor, TV screen, smartphone screen, self-service checkout screen, multimedia screen in a car, etc.), as well as transparent glasses that, while working at a computer, when the eyes move, produce the effect of shifting red and blue shades, about like watching 3D The film is without special glasses. I was not warned about possible nuances either when placing an order or when the glasses were ready. Therefore, the shoals surfaced only after full payment on the way home. Think 100 times before ordering glasses from this network of opticians!

Everything was fine. The seller helped me choose glasses, checked my eyesight. But when receiving the glasses, they turned out to be crooked and it was not comfortable in them. The seller checked them and told them to go to their other optics and they will be corrected under warranty.

No, the girl was on the phone and answered me without looking up from the phone. I didn't even get up from my chair, I quickly purchased lenses that I had not previously worn "at my discretion", since the seller was of no use, and it was also funny when I asked clarifying questions. In April, I ordered glasses in this optics. After I spent two weeks in them and couldn't get used to them, and my health began to deteriorate, I realized that something was wrong with them. To check my guess, I went to an independent optician and it turned out that the lenses for glasses were made with deviations from the prescription. After coming to prosvet optics and explaining the situation, the glasses were re-checked on the device and began to assure that everything was fine with them. However, they were taken away after making a written claim. I waited more than two weeks for a response to a written claim, and only on the 33rd day after the request, I received an SMS that the glasses were ready. The opticians informed me that the lenses in the glasses had been replaced (but they were not aware of the reason for the replacement) and asked me to write in the application that I had taken them away. My request to provide me with a written confirmation of the warranty repair with the date of signing was refused and I was asked for a very long time why I needed it, although the law obliges them to issue such a document, which in my understanding does not require justification in its request. Only after 20 minutes of bickering, the specialist contacted the manager and they agreed to put the necessary marks on the order receipt.
Thus, the usual order of glasses caused two months of inconvenience and additional proceedings. Moreover, they did not even bother to make any minimal apologies.
I would like to recommend double-checking the correctness of the manufacture of lenses in this optics, as well as not getting lost in situations where you are denied compliance with the requirements established by law.

3.05 we went to the optics at Dzerzhinsky Ave., 19, tk. We liked the frames on the website. Unfortunately, these were not available, but the girl suggested better options. I paid a lot of attention, advised which frame is better and even checked my eyesight! I've never worn contact lenses, but the girl consultant suggested some good ones for one day. Now I'm a regular customer here!

I had to visit this institution. From the threshold, I read the irritation in the manager's gaze, but decided to take a chance, not expecting more or less high-quality service. The manager does not have the ability to communicate with clients at all. Every word had to be dragged out, there was simply no counseling. And yes, frames from AliExpress are sold as a branded original. Never set foot here or in any other store of this chain.

We have been buying lenses here since the opening (because it is close to home). Everything was fine. Until recently. My mother once again wanted to buy lenses from them, but there were no necessary diopters. They offered to place an order and named the amount of 68p, which is ~ 15p more than usual. But now the prices for lenses are constantly rising, and they were needed faster. In addition, she got a 10% discount.. Therefore, mom agreed and made an advance payment of half the cost. She was told that everything would be delivered and texted to her within a couple of days. It's been 8 days. There were no messages, so she decided to come back again. When asked where the lenses were, she was told that they had not ordered anything. Why? Because she did not tell them the curvature of the lenses, and without this parameter they could not order them((. But first of all, if this parameter is so important, then why was it not clarified immediately or did not call within a week? Secondly, for the order, she showed them a prescription for lenses, where the curvature of the lenses was indicated. And thirdly, what is such an important parameter that in all the time that I bought lenses, I have never been asked? Obviously, they simply forgot to order them and tried to justify themselves. It happens, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. But my main complaint is not about the cashier's forgetfulness. I decided to check the prices of the lenses on their website anyway. And it turns out that the price of a pair of necessary lenses is not 68p, but 52! That is, the prices for them did not jump, it was the cashier who intentionally or not almost deceived my mother for 16 rubles... An extremely unpleasant situation, after which there is no desire to continue purchasing in this optics.

Their optics are bullshit. The warranty is only for three months. After a year of use, the glasses already need to be changed, and the money was given for such terrible glasses, and rather big ones. I got involved in this scam. The lenses were bought with an anti-fat (or whatever it is) and an anti-glare effect, it feels like these effects are no longer there, they are constantly getting greasy.
