Kuntsevshchina, bought 400.00 rubles, came home, crooked frame, shackles are deformed. Friday, change the frame, write an application for 2 weeks. Give me a complaint book or change it, we don't have such a frame. Take a look at other salons. It will take time. You have on Olshevsky. However, it's good to pick it up on Tuesday morning. I'll bring it to you from Olshevsky myself, change it. You can go there to change it. OK. Olshevsky was quickly changed, the finish line. No one apologized. The question is why the master did not make sure that the frame is smooth after installing the glasses and did not look at it at all before installation. I didn't check it because I've never had it in new glasses, and I've been using glasses for more than 20 years. Why did the staff not move to replace, the check was not punched, only the receipt, and this is not a payment document, saving on not the most expensive frame could turn into problems for the organization. Total points in 20 minutes, 3 days of store visits and 120 km. In general, they are solid amateurs, sharpened only for money.
