- I didn't like any of the sellers / consultants - they are intrusive, "smart" and praise the product by price category (the more expensive, the better). This is well suited for those who are not interested in the cost... At the same time, they not only do not hear the opinion and feeling of the buyer, but even belittle it if it differs (cheaper) from what they offer ...
- The product (lenses), which they promised to deliver within 2-3 days a week. We arrived on time the next time.

Do not contact this optics!!! When ordering glasses, an optician convinced that it was necessary to buy the most expensive lenses, which were made to order and went for 2 months. As a result, the order was delayed for 10 more days. The glasses came, the image is double and blurred in them. There was no such thing in any glasses. The optics specialist said that you need to get used to lenses. The glasses had the wildest headaches after wearing them. The diopters were selected correctly, after receiving the glasses, I signed up for the Lode, the doctor said that I should see well to work at the computer. When checking the vision in Lode, nothing was double in their lenses. The distance between the eyes was measured in optics itself, perhaps it was measured incorrectly and another optics specialist said that their best lenses might not suit me, because the curvature in them is different. As a result, the money is not refunded. I am an ordinary buyer who must understand all the subtleties and for my huge money, 2 lenses over 560 rubles, it is not clear what to get. The order was made in optics for Surganov. I do not recommend this optics to anyone!!! Continuation. 09.05.2024 I came to the optician on Surganov to leave my feedback in the book of complaints and suggestions. They gave it completely empty, not stitched or numbered, without the filled-in name of the organization. How is it? During the operation of the optics, there was not a single buyer who would like to leave a review? Or do you give an empty book to customers with bad reviews? From the moment the optician works, you must have a properly designed offer book, where is it? And not to hear the specialist's answer: "We'll fill it out after the weekend"
