I do not recommend the salon on 106 Partizansky Avenue. We arrived on November 30 with a prescription for the first glasses, chose a frame and lenses, made an order with full prepayment, the production time is up to 10 working days (for a long time, but we think it will be as early as possible) On December 12, the 10th working day, there is no SMS about readiness, we decided to call to find out if you are ready It turns out not. On the same day, later, the incoming customer was told that they needed to come to sort out the frame, the one that we chose would not work, the lenses would suffer, we need to choose a rim one (why they didn't say this at the selection stage is not clear, why they took 10 days to say that they needed another one is also not clear,) they arrived and chose another one, it was said that now because of this situation, they will do it urgently on Monday, if not, then Tuesday is 100%, on Tuesday immediately from work there and nothing is ready.... We asked for a refund for the order, but they refused, saying that the lenses were already ready, and again they said they would definitely be ready tomorrow. I did receive a text message about my readiness for tomorrow. (it's been half a month or 13 business days) it seems to me that it takes too long to make glasses in Minsk in 2025, and yes, the prices are not from the budget in this organization. There is no feedback, there is no work with clients, as in the USSR in the state optics for free. Next time, we'll choose a different network.
