First of all, I liked the service. Consultant Tatiana knows how to choose an individual approach to each visitor and the choice of frames was made very successfully. Of course, I understand that this is her job and all that, but you must agree, it's not often now that you meet a consultant who really helps, and not just for show offers help. I'm happy with the glasses. I recommend paying attention to a large selection of frames (glasses) and go to the Lumen optics at 36 Mazurova Street in Gomel!

I ordered glasses in this optics. The consultant doctor is not very customer-oriented, at least until you show a 100% desire to buy something here. in the process of selecting frames and lenses, benevolence and responsiveness increased significantly, but the sediment remained, well, okay, you never know if a person did not get enough sleep. The contact seems to be established, the frame was chosen, as well as the lenses. The latter are complex in appearance, astigmatism, plus I decided to please my eyes with photochrome, the production time is 2 weeks. OK, I've contributed half of a rather large sum, I'm waiting for my charm. And exactly a week later, a consultant calls me (already another one) and pleases me with the news that my order has arrived, or rather part of it - lenses that do not fit the selected frame!!! At the same time, it is physically impossible to fit my complex lenses to this frame (according to the consultant in optics). To put it mildly, I am shocked, but on that wire they finish me off with the phrase - come and pick up another frame ... to my question - and if I don't like anything, the consultant reassured me that there are 2 more opticians in the city, the choice of frames is large ... I decided to clarify on the refund of the advance payment - but the lenses have already been made, you are for they were paid... in general, I decided to go to the optics, sort it out on the spot, so to speak. I previously called the general number for consultation, the girl promised to report this incident to the management in order to resolve this misunderstanding ... as a result, the amount of the advance was returned 100% (the consultant immediately offered a refund on the spot), the level of trust in this optics is 0%. I do not recommend going to this optics specifically

I ordered glasses in this optics. I was pleased with the large selection of frames. The consultants are so cute. They helped me pick up the frame. They also explained the difference between eyeglass lenses. I would never have thought that there was a difference between them, it turns out there is. And huge. We were not very satisfied, the consultant was nervous, not very pleasant. After the first few minutes, I wanted to leave. There are problems with vision and it has not been checked for a long time, we did not know what it is now. The goal was to come to learn vision and buy everything you need (but the doctor started referring to an old prescription, glasses). I'm going to the doctor to find out my eyesight now and no matter what it was before. Because of the tense situation, it was not even comfortable from the outside. I was also confused by the fact that the consultant did not consult at all, she gave me what she wanted. I counted everything on the calculator and said the total amount, we also did not see the receipt for what. I won't come back.
