Terrible in terms of service: we waited for an MRI scan with a child for more than 1.5 hours! Despite the fact that the day before they called from the center and confirmed the time themselves. After all, if they see that there's a big delay, they could have called and we weren't sitting in the center waiting for an appointment. And no apologies - as it should be, everything is fine with them. I'm very angry about this attitude.🤬

I did an MRI scan here a couple of times and each time I had to wait from an hour to 1.5 hours, despite the time they had set themselves. The reasons for the delay are not explained. They can call an hour before the scheduled time and ask you to come up early. I came, but in the end I still waited for an hour until it was my turn. The MRI is done well, but the conclusion can be given for a week. This is especially critical if you have a situation that requires emergency intervention.
