I went to an appointment with Laura Bulatskaya Tatyana Valentinovna. During the appointment, when describing my complaint, the doctor interrupted me. When I was talking about a cold a month ago, which led to the reason for my treatment, I was stopped by not listening and continued the survey on other issues. The doctor conducted the appointment without enthusiasm, did not ask a clarifying question about chronic diseases. This topic was raised only on the question of constantly taking medications (at the same time, the doctor was very surprised that I myself did not say that I have this disease). The doctor talked to me in a bored, disinterested tone. It was more like an appointment at a polyclinic than a paid appointment at a private medical center. The manipulations were carried out carelessly, as if the doctor was in a hurry. The purpose of my visit was to get a referral for a CT scan. They did not give me a separate piece of paper with the direction, saying that they did not issue such a thing. Strangely, because in other medical centers, doctors calmly prescribe separate directions for a specific procedure. I had to settle for a simple conclusion, which spelled out the procedure as a recommendation. It should be noted that the treatment was prescribed by the doctor, but, after all the above, there is no trust in him. I will definitely not go on a repeat visit

I treated acne with Gulmira Suleymanova's doctor for a year and a half. He took systemic retinoids. From the very beginning of the reception, the doctor did not pick up a cumulative dose for me, justifying this by saying that now they no longer do that, she was not confused by the banal rules in the instructions for the drug, as well as the risk factor for relapse, she assured me that you can get out of a serious condition in 3 months (which is almost impossible, since if you see improvements and the rashes have stopped, this does not mean that they will not return after discontinuation of the drug), and for two years, taking a small dosage. The doctor is not aware that when taking a small daily dosage of the drug, the treatment time not only increases, but also the chance of recurrence increases. At no consultation did the doctor mention the importance of using SPF to protect the skin, especially while taking such a drug, did not tell about the possible consequences, contraindications and side effects. I got the answer to all my questions, "this is normal." For six months, I continued to develop inflammation (since a small daily dosage was selected for my degree of acne), which should not have happened after such a period of admission. I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting a doctor Gulmira Suleymanova for acne treatment.

To any question , he said : do it if you want . I don't remember the doctor's last name. A thin man who looks more like a master of cleanliness than a doctor .

And then she did not admit her guilt at all and said that she ordered everything according to the parameters.
When asked how many cm will go in the waist, she did not answer even approximately. I found on the Internet that from 6cm. Not bad, I thought. But when I started reading reviews after the operation, I was very upset. The girls wrote that after removing the corset, the result was good, it remained for a couple of hours, and after a while it almost completely disappeared. Actually, that's how it turned out for me. At the time of the recall, 4 months had passed and the waist was 3 cm. 3 months of rehabilitation.
It is up to you to decide whether to do this operation. I was not thrilled.

Замечательная современная клиника с новым оборудованием и палатами . Весь персонал очень доброжелательный , профессиональный , тактичный и терпеливый . Все вопросы решаются оперативно . Доверила подрезание уздечки верхней губы под седацией своему ребенку-трусу специалистам клиники . Большое спасибо хирургу -стоматологу Роману Козлову, анестезиологу и команде, проводившей и обслуживающей операцию. Здесь не страшно, спокойно и уверенно . Всем рекомендую доктора и клинику .

No one apologized, the doctor gave 4 samples with cream that I anointed my face, oh yes, they offered to contact and made an appointment with another dermatologist at their clinic.
From my own experience, I do not advise you to apply for dermatology.

I will start with the fact that the doctor was more than 10 minutes late and without any apologies / explanations invited me to an appointment as if "this is how it should be".
for a more detailed consultation, I brought all the care cosmetics that I use with a request to solve the problem. as a result, the doctor chose 2 creams from 5 creams of popular brands and, without any explanation, said that it was forbidden to use the rest. Why? which components are not suitable for me? I have to guess for myself))
I was not actually examined, my medical history was not collected in detail.
as a result, I was prescribed suprastin for allergies, plasma therapy (which, as I understand it, is prescribed in particularly severe cases, which mine is not) and phototherapy (?).
I did not receive any practical recommendations on nutrition, cosmetics / other things.
59p for the wind and a spoiled mood for the whole day

I support the review below, the money is being ripped off more than the procedure costs ... I recorded a young man to remove a small burst vessel under the eye on the V-Beam device (one pulse is indicated in the price list - 10p.). By phone, administrators say: on average 3-5 pulses are usually required ... in other medical centers, in principle, they also said ... that is, the service it was supposed to cost 30-50p.
The reception was conducted by Suleymanova Gulmira Imdatovna. Apparently she decided that the procedure was too cheap and found the laser coagulation of Angiomas /hemangiomas service in the price list, which costs 82 rubles. I personally was at the reception and counted how many impulses there were (5), I'm already silent about the fact that she wanted to make the whole face of my young man if I hadn't come in…
In general, we ask at the reception why such a cost? (Not a multiple of 10) and there were five pulses… Answer/ so the doctor put ... the administrator went to sort it out and I hear boorish answers and indignation from this Gulmira and the answer: say thank you that I didn't count the consultation for you yet... you have a hemangioma, not a vessel …
We naturally paid the entire amount and the impression remained disgusting, both from the administrators and from this Gulmira boor.. the most interesting thing is that I asked my cosmetologist, who advised us to go to the Vbeam device exactly, was it a hemangioma or was it a vessel?
Hemangioma is called vascular hyperplasia (proliferation of vascular wall cells) – a disease that is classified as a benign tumor (benign neoplasm) and can be either congenital or appear within a few months after the birth of a child.
Hemangioma of the skin occurs in adults, but not often, since most tumors resolve themselves in childhood.
My young man is 22 and the vessel burst when he squeezed out a pimple unsuccessfully... in fact, everything is clear to everyone…
My cosmetologist says, where did you go? I'm talking in Proud… She says to me: to Gulmira?
I say / yes) she: everything is clear, I have already heard three negative reviews from my clients ... she is rude and always fools at the price, and does her job poorly…
The moral of the fable is what, the impression of the clinic is spoiled in general, because of the incompetent attitude of the doctor, the difference in services was roughly 30 rubles ... do you normally and people will come back to you ... and don't fool them so that word of mouth around the city goes negative about you …

My wife went for a targeted X-ray of the tooth on 02.12.2023. The day before, they sent an SMS with a link to confirm the appointment. She arrived on the appointed day, but the service was not rendered. The X-ray technician got sick, they said about it only after 10 minutes of waiting. I understand everything, there may be force majeure, but it was possible to call and warn in advance (I doubt that the laboratory assistant fell ill specifically at the time of the appointment). Wasted time, I had to urgently look for a place where I could take a picture. I put 3 out of 5, because we apologized and last time my wife was also at the reception for another problem, everything was fine.

Здравствуйте! Хочу поделится своим личным впечатлением после посещения данной клиники и конкретно о пластическом враче Рубанове Леониде Николаевиче.Многим я думаю будет понятно чувство, когда ты половину своей прожитой жизни мечтаешь исправить несовершенство в своей внешности( в моем случае это нос) и наконец-то,когда твоя мечта уже понизилась к статусу исполнения, я записалась на первую консультации к вышеупомянутому врачу.Первая консультация длилась по таймингу минут 5(Доктор сказал приходить уже со снимком и после консультации Лор врача, к этому претензий нет) так же сообщил что он в августе и сентября будет в разъездах, и если я хочу в ближайшее время сделать операцию, то предположительно есть даты в первых числах сентября. Так прошла первая консультация,после которой я сразу записалась на вторую консультацию через неделю и тут полный ШОК!!
С таким непрофессионализмом в общение с пациентом я столкнулась впервые!!! Переход на ты без согласование с пациентом, полная незаинтресованность в пациенте, ни слова как будет проходить операция, не оговорили какой приблизительно будет результат ( я молчу уже о компьютерном моделирование будущей формы носа).Так же на 2 консультации доктор сказал, что даты изменились и теперь он сможет провести операцию не раньше 9 октября, но дело тут даже в дате, а в общении с пациентом, даже в государственной поликлинике общаются намного лучше, чем здесь врач. Испорченное настроение на целый день и полное разочарование после консультации. Леонид Николаевич, Вы своего добились, на операцию к Вам я точно не пойду, научитесь общаться с пациентами.

С детства не был в стоматологии. Я очень боязливый. Клиника крутая по атмосфере, шикарный вид из кабинета. Мне нужно было удалить зуб мудрости, хирург к себе расположила и показала что ничего страшного нет. Анестезия крута, не чувствовал лишь ту область. После операции спокойно мог разговаривать. Помощница вообще крутая, все время спрашивала состояние, бережно относилась.
Фамилию не помню, на сайте ее еще не добавили.
Невероятно рекомендую!
P.S. Спустя пару дней, понял один минус. В сравнении с Россией, слабая поддержка. Нет чатов, только телефон и плюс нет адекватной связи напрямую с доктором.

Хочу выразить отдельную благодарность девушкам на ресепшене: на носу большие выходные 22.04-25.04,а у меня зубная боль и опухшая щека, обзвонила Барановичи и пол Минска,но либо стоматолог хирург вовсе не работал, либо все было расписано.Так получилось и с Прауд Клиник- мест не было. Но через пол часа мне перезвонили из клиники и предложили запись к врачу, т.к. пациент отказался.Была приятно удивлена и очень рада,что мне удастся попасть на прием, при том что номер я свой не оставляла для перезвона в случае чьего-нибудь отказа . Спасибо за внимание и заботу,вы меня очень выручили.
Хирургу стоматологу,к сожалению, не знаю ее имени тоже огромная благодарность, зуб был сложный - справилась аккуратно и бережно.
Девочки на ресепшене после приема очень бережно ко мне отнеслись,видок у меня был ещё тот- перепуганная и растерянная, попросили немного ещё посидеть в клинике и сделали сладкий комплимент. Благодарю,что выручили в ситуации, когда врача экстренно в большие выходные реально сложно найти.

На ресепшен встречают три кумушки-болтушки (совок). Прием начался с опозданием на 20 минут. Пожилая доктор вместо обсуждения проблем пациента, подвергла критике флешку со снимком, даже не взяв ее в руки и не попытавшись открыть. Обслуживание напоминает совок, не смотря на красивые стены и зеркала. Не обученный профессионально персонал.

Обращалась в данный центр за услугами терапевта, осталась довольна. Прекрасный персонал, очень хорошие врачи, приятная атмосфера, очередей и столпотворения нет. Местоположение центра конечно удалённое, но добираться не сложно, на авто тоже можно припарковаться без проблем.

Я первый раз посетила PROUD CLINIC делала две процедуры RADIESSE и мезотерапию глаз препаратомPLINEST у врача Бокун Анны.Мне очень понравилось как врач подробно рассказала о препаратах,их действие,нужно ли их введение судя о состоянии моего лица,при мне их открывала.Очень профессионально и безболезненно провела эти процедуры.Я поняла,что врач квалифицированный и профессионал своего дела.Спасибо ей огромное и всему персоналу клиники.С удовольствием посещу ещё не раз .

Знаете, честно скажу, я давно разочаровалась в качестве медицинских услуг. Сама из среды биологов и врачей.
Как правило, за фальшивыми улыбками встречаешь равнодушие врачей и персонала.
Эта клиника меня удивила, остались еще люди на нашей планете, которым не все равно...
За полторы недели врач помог откопать проблему и найти решение, а ведь это мучило меня четыре года и другие не смогли помочь.
Ну и в первый раз в моей практике, врач терапевт уделил мне полтора часа времени на приеме, за те же деньги что и в других клиниках Минска.
Пока есть люди с искренним, неподдельным интересом к человеку, жива медицина и вера! Спасибо и мой низкий поклон вам ребята))
