very bad customer service. one of their sales department workers told me to attend a lesson only at a condition. after talking with their manager i found out that it was just marketing manipulation. even before attending another lesson, I didn't go. I don't recommend it to anyone. 2/10

The teachers explain clearly, give practice, and are always in touch. The courses are relevant, with examples from real business. It is convenient that there is both online and offline training. The atmosphere is friendly and informal. Suitable for both beginners and those who are already familiar with the topic. The location is convenient, there is parking and a cafe nearby. I was trained in blender here. The training is excellent! A full-fledged base for a 3D specialist. All the necessary topics have been covered (modeling, texturing, animation, rigging, sculpting). All information is structured and understandable. I would have spent a lot more time and effort if I had tried to study on the Internet myself. Bilol is an excellent teacher, a competent 3D graphics specialist I've been working as a designer for a year now and I understand that I've got a good base that allows me to do projects for major brands. I liked the PROFOTO course. It was interesting to study with Lana. Everything is simple and accessible. She always helped, explained and did not refuse to help. Lana, THANK YOU!!! I continue to do photography on my own now. I also watched the work of other teachers. They are polite enough and will always try to help. I do not recommend individual training. It is better to study in groups in this course (there will be more practice, use the studio and help each other). There is a problem with Adobe programs in Coworking (since they are all pirated) and some computers are buggy. I'm not sure if this is legal… There were several situations of deception on the part of managers: 1) I was told that there was no discount, but in fact there was (after all, it was because of her that I came); 2) in order to achieve the promised discount, I had to go to individual classes only in the morning; 3) the schedule was made so that I studied non-stop every day, although we agreed on something else; 4) I was not provided with a contract, referring to a public offer, although I did not purchase services online; 5) even the offer was not sent to me; 6) I was promised that I would be able to study in the studio on my own, but in the end I was refused, while the course was completed two weeks earlier than the agreed date (and myself I did not practice; 7) they promised me that they would talk to the head and resolve the issue with my practice in the studio. As a result, they waited until I had already left the country (they knew that I would fly away) and so there was no news.
