I have to report an extremely unsatisfactory experience working with this project organization. Throughout the entire period of cooperation with this organization, my construction company has faced systematic problems that have seriously affected the progress of work and created significant difficulties. Deadlines were violated and empty promises were made: The documentation needed to continue construction was not released, and someone constantly under-designed or underprinted it... Constant promises were not backed up by real actions, which led to delays and disruption of schedules. Incompetence and lack of specialists: In fact, there is no team of qualified designers specializing in building sections. All issues are solved by one employee, who is over 80 years old, who is ill and slows down absolutely all processes. Shifting responsibility and unconstructive communication: Instead of looking for solutions and admitting mistakes, the representative of the organization (who is over 80 years old) constantly shifts the blame to some "poorly designed" and left specialists abroad, without providing any concrete evidence or solutions to the problems that have arisen. This behavior is, to put it mildly, unprofessional and does not promote constructive cooperation. Incorrect business management: The overall impression of the organization's work is a frivolous attitude towards its obligations and a lack of a customer-oriented approach. This organization is not able to ensure high-quality and timely development of project documentation, which, in turn, can lead to serious financial and time losses. I strongly do not recommend this organization to cooperate.
