Great yoga studio. The first impression when you cross the threshold seems to be that you are entering some other dimension. And it's like you're not in Minsk, but in Bali) a lot of figurines, a warm, quiet atmosphere, very cozy. The administrators are very friendly, they will explain everything where and what lies, full support. One of the disadvantages is that the large hall is a bit cold and it was not yet sub-zero temperature. Everything else is a plus. I really liked the fact that there is an equipped shower, cleanliness, pleasant music and the opportunity to just sit quietly after practice. If you use stripes, incense, or love books, you can find everything here. Rugs and blankets have already been prepared for practice - there is no dispute over places. This is a bonus, not all studios serve like this. Prices are the same as everywhere else. But the visitors are different, mostly the female half)) Close to the avenue, there is a place for a car and a subway. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere

This place is about yoga and the atmosphere. Classes for beginners and long-time practitioners. There are many teachers and different directions - hatha, kundalini, nails, yoga in hammocks, children's yoga, pilates, meditation with bowls or gong.. There is no reference to time or to the teacher - try different things and fall in love with your own) It is always clean, cozy, atmospheric and friendly, without forced emotions. A magical place that I fell in love with from the very first minutes.
