Finally, things are slowly changing for the better. A year ago, the rusty pavilion of the station was transformed. We came especially from Sukhumi to visit the cafe that was opened there. Atmospheric, pleasant music that sounds unobtrusive. The coolness of the lake. Great view. Excellent service. The price tag is slightly higher than the rest. But it's worth it.

Psyrtskha is an amazing place where nature and history are combined in one. The 1944 station with the pavilion of architect Georgy Lezhava has now found a new life as a restaurant. Here you can taste Abkhazian and Caucasian cuisine with a view of the river and waterfall. Very atmospheric, a must-visit!
