Everything turned out great. The food is delicious and the staff is kind of nice. But we were in the hunter's house and it was very cozy there, a pleasant atmosphere for eating delicious food. And the coolest thing we found was Halloween decorations. I love the festive atmosphere and the declaration was very beautiful. Even though she was outside, it doesn't affect her. One of my favorite places I've been visiting for the last 20 years at least once a month. A must-visit place with guests from other cities and countries. The staff is always friendly, some administrators have been working here for 20 years, and this is a very impressive indicator for me. The kitchen is always on the level, my personal top: neck kebab, lagman, grilled vegetables, mulled wine and local tinctures. I recommend it! There are many different locations for winter and for summer. I always choose different ones under the mood, there is no favorite one. Prices are average in Minsk.

Previously, we regularly booked a gazebo with a small company and had a great evening - we ate delicious food and admired the friendliness of the waiters (we work in this field ourselves). I don't know what happened after the age of 23 ((The kitchen went bad, we were served by a waitress who was offended by everyone and everything. There was no question of a smile at all. Just "I'm listening to you... with a stone face. Well, the cherry on the cake is that the bill is "brought" in words (they just call the amount!!! We encountered this " novelty " of the establishment a couple of times and stopped driving. Very sorry. Very. The place was the best, atmospheric, and delicious...before the innovations.

I booked, guided by reviews, as a place where you can relax and unwind after a busy day of excursions.
But it turned out that this is not a hotel, but a cafe with only 4 rooms. On the ground floor there is a banquet hall, and on the second floor there are 4 rooms around the perimeter of this hall.
When we checked into our room at 19.00, the anniversary celebration began in the banquet hall. Everything was audible in the room, the speakers in the hall were powerful, and the guests, as they should be on the anniversary, were cheerful) Instead of resting between our busy excursions and moving around Belarus for days, we became unwitting listeners of someone else's holiday.
As the administrator explained to me: Bird is more of a cafe and first of all they are focused specifically on cafe guests. And the rooms are an accompanying service.
Keep this in mind when booking, so as not to find yourself in a situation that instead of a quiet evening and rest, you will think about what to do with yourself, so as not to be an unwitting listener to other people's toasts and contests.
We decided to take a walk along the bank of the Ptich River, admire the views. The coast is wild, we walked along the path, there are no places equipped for recreation. Everywhere there are signs saying "swimming is prohibited". So walking is not an option either.
In general, our expectations, based on reviews, did not coincide with reality at all.
The place itself as a cafe and a place for a festive event or dinner with friends is good, but not for a tired traveler who decided to spend a quiet evening and recharge his strength before the next active day.

Today we were lucky enough to visit this lovely cafe called Ptich. I want to say that we were very pleasantly impressed by the attentiveness and care of the staff. They helped us choose the best place, gave us recommendations on dishes that would be worth trying and everything hit the mark. The kitchen is very tasty! The interior is impressive and gives a feeling of comfort and magic. Thanks to the staff of the institution for helping us spend a wonderful evening in this magical place. We really liked it! Clean, tidy, everything in the room is provided for the convenience of guests! The staff is wonderful! The Breakfast Is Delicious! The bed is comfortable, the mattress is elastic, there are spare pillows. It's close to the city. Nearby there is a spring with living water and a river where you can fish.
Of the cons: if there is a banquet, you can hear music, but it is very muffled (it was like that in our room). You can fall asleep in peace.

For the second year in a row, we come to friends to celebrate the New Year and go on December 31st at Midnight to eat delicious food, swim in the pool and go to the sauna. It's very cute, comfortable and fun! The manager and the waiters are professionals. Those from our company who did not swim in the 23rd year and were shy, on December 31, 2024, they also swam in the pool! And our dachshund ran around, barked and also participated in the fun! Lena had two of them at that ill-fated party. I didn't know that age is not a hindrance to dancing and alcohol. They dumped everything on the dance floor and these two went too. I understand they didn't know each other. In general, they spun around in a wild dance and Uncle Vanya just went crazy with music. Aunt Zoya, by the way, the birthday girl, didn't like it very much, but Uncle Vanya rolled another glass of cognac and blew up the dance floor. Uncle Vanya began to be surrounded by envious young people, at some point I thought that they wanted to take him out and let him go. But no, they danced next to him, copying his unforgettable movements of an old hip-hoper. But as it turned out, there was a world champion at the next table. And he had his eye on Lena R., and Lena R. noticed it and with sharp raking hands called this champion to our table. He certainly passed. It's clear he was ordered, so he came. He was also strange, he could have shown off for a minute, so he quickly ran to the young woman. And then our uncle Vanya came from the dance floor torn by him and it got dirty))). Uncle Vanya decided to give this impostor a hard time, but he quickly retreated, and no one saw him anymore. Uncle Vanya came out of the party a hero. Lena R. was severely punished and will not be able to go to parties in the near future.

Sauna, VIP "gazebos" with air conditioning, there is a Jacuzzi (for a fee), 2 communal pools (adult and paddling pool), you can only rent a sunbed, there is also a bar. this is the "beach" zone, there is also a "cultural" zone, gazebos, tables, a children's corner, a barbecue, etc. A good place to meet friends or for holidays.

Good, sincere, cute. When you come here, the word "fazenda" appears in your head. The receptionists are very pleasant, the rooms are cozy (I had a red room - it's a buzz)), the breakfasts are delicious and quite large. There is a heated mini pool and a mini sauna on site.
Nearby there is the territory of the Republican Olympic Training Center - it's great to take a walk or steam in the sauna there.

We stayed for a couple of days in green room 3, all rooms are on the second floor, the window in the room looked out into the courtyard, where there are utility rooms. The room matched the photo, the room had a large TV, a kettle, tea, and a pack of cookies. There is a mini bar in the refrigerator for an additional fee.(upon arrival, it is better to check the contents of the list, we did not have everything available) There is a restaurant downstairs, there will be loud music on weekends, but we were warned about this upon check-in. There is also a cafe nearby, but the table must be booked in advance. We wanted to have dinner, but there were no seats. We ordered food from the lower restaurant to the room, it was brought quickly, the barbecue was delicious, but the portion was small. Breakfast was included in the accommodation (a choice of porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette), bread, butter, jam, juice, yogurt. The portions are very large, they brought a whole frying pan. For me, it's better to make smaller portions, and add some pancakes and pancakes. An hour in the outdoor pool was also included in the accommodation.(there are two of them, one is generally small, the second is a little bigger when a lot of people are very crowded) The pool area is small, there are few sun beds. There are a lot of visitors from the street (you can just book a gazebo and use the spa area. For residents, I count an hour very little, you don't even have time to dry out. I rode my bike in the woods nearby. I stopped by for a bite to eat. And in the "Bird" there is a bombastic snack: salmon, frozen butter and croutons. The salmon is store-bought, but I don't care: the cafe collects an excellent dish according to the amount of actions. Eat and be happy.
The gram is about 140/80 /.. something there by the weight of the oil. The price is 25 rubles.
Today I stopped by, and the waitress says: and we only cut the whole fish, it's 300 grams. And I was like, uh... excuse me, I mean, will I get a plate of salmon for 50 rubles now? Yeah, the waitress says. But we have herring, he says, it's delicious too. Also with potatoes.
I was like, well, let's have a herring.
And I have no complaints about that herring, Santa Bremor never fails, and the Ptitchi cook makes potato slices that bring tears of happiness to his eyes.
But I have a question that is purely rational for a cafe. Are you really going to sell salmon in big chunks now? To have a plate for 50 rubles?
I wanted to eat salmon and drink two glasses of beer today. 25+6,5+6,5 = 38.
I was offered to eat salmon for 50+6,5+6,5 = 63 rubles.
And I decided that I'd rather eat herring with potatoes and drink two glasses of beer: 12+6,5+6,5 = 25.
For me, 38 rubles is better for a cafe than 25.
And I'll leave 63 in one person somewhere in a Minsk restaurant, for a certain author's dish. And not for a plate of store-bought salmon with a small participation of the chef of the cafe "Ptich".

I would like to note the not very good service of the waiter, who has been absent for a long time and had to look at dirty dishes. In the end, they ordered desserts, were upset by the lack of ice cream on the menu, ordered cakes, well, everything turned out not to be smooth with them, perhaps they were not the first freshness, since it was difficult to separate and eat it, they had to make no small effort. I would like to have drinking water served on the table as a complement. Well, despite all the little flaws, we were very satisfied, we will come back to try other dishes.

We were at the hunter's cabin. The food is delicious and hot. Soups and pancakes are hearty. There was a huge portion of French fries for the children, they didn't even finish it. The place is atmospheric inside and out. There is a stove in the house, in April it was warm and comfortable inside. The waiters are polite, the service is good. The average waiting time for the main dishes was 35-40 minutes.

In the evening it becomes more comfortable, everything is illuminated. The distance between the gazebos allows you to separate from neighboring companies. Of the advantages: the kitchen is quite affordable, the food is delicious, the proximity of a large reservoir, convenience upon arrival, there is Parking for cars, there are enclosed spaces for large and small companies. Of the cons: due to the rather large territory, the cleaning leaves much to be desired, it is not critical, but in places it catches the eye, the service in our case was lame, the waiter was confused in the order, incorrectly punched the receipt, but at the same time apologized for our comments. The tinctures disappointed, the taste and color, as they say, but they did not seem to be in the best quality to the whole company of 9 people. I would like more fun music that plays in the background on a common area, of course it was acceptable for communication, but it was not suitable at all as part of recreation and entertainment. As a place to spend a vacation in a company near Minsk, it fits perfectly.

It was 01.01.2025. I was very disappointed with the level of service. We rented a house with a Jacuzzi, which turned out to be faulty. Both steam rooms also did not work properly (in one the temperature was 48-50 ° C, in the second 60-70 ° C). There's a dead watering can in the shower and the water pressure is minimal. The festive evening, one might say, was spoiled.
