A small PTT branch. it is located in 60 houses opposite the File Market. There was a queue at noon, someone brought a cargo of 20 packages. We've been waiting a long time. But it has one advantage: it is the closest branch to the population directorate. In other words, you don't even need to make an appointment for ID, driver's license renewal, etc., go to the population directorate and find out what to do, you can come to this branch immediately, deposit your fee, run to the Population directorate again and do your job. There are 2 counters inside, but 1 counter was working.
