I took off the star only because they don't make a copy of the passport themselves, so I had to look for it. I don't speak English very well myself, but we kind of found a common language. You will be given a form where you fill in all the data (from the not obvious ones, the transaction number, the serial number of the passport, and the address of the hotel where you are staying).
