My experience would have been fantastic, had it not been for inappropriate behaviour of the staff.
Chicken strips were tasty, nicely served on a wooden board.
Beer was fresh, delivered on time.
Nice interior too, the place was clean and sofas comfy.
What can spoil your experience?
The staff. I will specify: the administrator and the black-haired waitress who worked in the afternoon on 29th September.
I don't think there is place for arrogance if you are service staff.
I was told upon coming to the pub that they don't take card payments and I need to pay by vtb transfer. OK, no problem, I said.
Had 2 beers and some food (btw, the empty tray stayed at my table until I decided to pay, nobody cleaned it away). First of all, 15% was added to my bill as i later found out - for "service". When i asked the waitress to clarify, she couldnt, she called the administrator. I have seen charges like this before, but not in Russia, and I am well aware that waiters dont get this money. If I want to leave a tip, I want it to be up to me. So I explained this to administrator - okay, thanks, they removed the charge.
I made a payment transfer, attempted to leave the pub. Was stopped by administrator who told me that I haven't paid correctly. I showed the payment confirmation. She said that apparently, I sent the money to a "wrong account", even though the same person owned the account.
Right.
Here is why I am even bothering to write this review.
I don't live in the country. I have just opened a bank account here to make payments easier. I don't know specific details about transfers etc.
Had the staff been more nice and helpful about the payment issue - it would have been grand. But they were not.
I m very unhappy about the way this issue with the payment was handled. Specifically - with the attitude of the administrator(!) and black-haired waitress.
The administrator was so rude that at some point I had to tell her that her attitude was inappropriate. I actually had to ask her to stop talking to me the way she was. That was in response to me simply asking how to fix the payment issue. I told them both that I will sit down and wait for them to let me know how can I resolve the problem (again, the payment was already made).
Guys, I barely write reviews. I own a chain of pubs in a foreign country myself.
I came to a premium pub, and I get that attitude? If this is a premium pub, good service is a Given. Customers are not supposed to deal with harassment from an arrogant administrator. Do something about it.
P.S. I very much appreciate the efforts of the waitress with red-brown hair, she was the only one who really tried to resolve the situation nicely and was very polite.

Был здесь много раз, еда очень вкусная, вкуснее закусок к пиву я нигде не видел в моем городе, алкобар тоже разнообразный , обслуживание отличное, цены соответствуют, но один раз я бронировал столик на двоих с другом и нам предоставили столик в углу на одном диване, загроможденая сеткой (мое мнение что таких столиков для гостей быть не должно , я думал что столик на двоих в нормальном виде, а не такое убогое местечко, но я не растерялся и покинул с другом заведение). Из-за данного случая , факт того что отнеслись таким образом к посетителю, то есть у них есть такой «убогий» столик, мне не понравилось поэтому поставлю не 5 , а оценку 4.

Отличное место для тех, кому совершенно не интересны местная еда и напитки. Импортное пиво, разнообразная кухня по европейским и американским мотивам. Готовят вкусно, выбор пива хороший. Крафта, если что, нет. Ценник выше среднего по Махачкале, в духе столичных пабов. Залы уютные, хорошо работают кондиционеры. В меню есть сигары. 😎
