Complete chaos! Not only is the break from 13-00 to 14-00, but we came twice at 12-54 (Saturday) and 12-58 (Sunday) and it was closed. The city center, buses with foreign and nonresident tourists, and the toilet employee probably doesn't have enough time, so she (he) decided to increase the already rather long break. I think that this should not happen in the city center, the face and status of the city depends on such trifles.
