It's a disgrace! For 5 thousand . You are given a hole in the floor in a cubicle with chest-high walls. There is no water, no paper, no hand towels. For comparison, in Samarkand, Registan has clean toilets, paper, soap, hot water and a hand dryer for 3 thousand.
