This is the worst PSC I've ever applied to. Employees do not behave professionally, they do not know what documents need to be collected for the service, they are constantly rude, they swear with people. Contacting this PSC is a waste of time and nerves. It is better to drive to the nearest PSC in Karaganda.

They called and said that I did not hand over one document and at the same time accused me of allegedly why I did not hand over the document if I had it with me. They didn't ask me to bring it, they didn't apologize for the fact that because of their mistake I had to go to the PSC again. I was also accused of what they themselves are guilty of. Saying that supposedly I should know what to hand over, but they just accept documents and their job does not include knowing the list of documents that need to be handed over in my case.

The building is one-storey. Queues are taken on a piece of paper with a number. Your number is displayed on the screen. There are self-service queues for this, there are self-service computers (if necessary, they will help you).They seem to work until 20:00. You can register at the PSC in order to order the necessary documents while sitting at home and not go there and wait in line. The staff is adequate.
