Terrible work of the staff. I sat for five and a half hours to submit the documents for the child's identity card. Two guys accept documents, they work very slowly, they take one person for 25-30 minutes. After a person gets up and leaves, they don't immediately call the next one. Such slow people should be fired. Why should people suffer because of such people? They shouldn't take up space.

Почему график работы только будние дни и до 18:00? Не для работающих граждан Суббота была бы включена в режим работы и к примеру с 10:00 до 20:00ч Отмечаю лишь "удовлетворительно" с целью обращения внимания на регламент рабочего времени
