One of the worst PSC's I've been going to it since 2018, the staff always raises the tone, I've never received a single document without problems, although there are polite ones, well, there are a few. And the head of the Registry Office Kulzhabayeva Gulzhauhar Kuandykovna is not competent in her work and is very nervous and rude! In place of the head, I would like to see more competent, sociable and stress-resistant managers!
