That's horrible. Machines are already automatically issuing coupons everywhere. Everything is done manually here. A girl sits and issues coupons manually by creating a queue . Operators take a very long time to service. Everyone sleeps on the move.

The staff is friendly and helpful. But it is very annoying that you have to wait 4-6 hours to get a certificate or passport if you come during working hours. You have to come much earlier before the opening. What was the purpose of the population census in 2021? The census advertising company promised to reduce queues, but compared to the same period in 2019, they only increased. Everyone was required to undergo a census, but there is no point.

Terrible job! They applied for a passport, the operator missed the ticket, just clicked twice, so instead of accepting payment using the qr code that she had access to, she sent it to the cashier on purpose! They don't come out on time from lunch, they don't give you a complaint book! Saying that these are not PSC employees, but the Ministry of Internal Affairs! So they are sitting in the PSC! Instead of a PSC, tables with computers are organized here, like a person will serve himself, now of course even your employees are confused, and you want a person from the street to figure it out.

The service is disgusting. Especially the girl at the reception has absolutely no information, we have not been able to apply for a certificate for 3 days. Either their program is hanging, or the cash register is not working. They do not answer questions, go to another PSC and turn away. It's just an outrage, the authorities don't care at all. I have faced boorish attitude at the reception in this particular PSC repeatedly! Where should I complain?
