Since the PSC is at the place of residence, you have to visit it. To draw up various documents, receive certificates, etc. I am satisfied with the work of the staff. Everything is clear, according to coupons, there are queues, but they move quickly. There were no delays. The help desk clearly explains any question or sends you to a specialist.

They rip off money from scratch. Until you paid the amount for the free service (the IIN is issued for free), you were not given a coupon. They asked us at the checkout what we were paying for, but we didn't get a clear answer, and neither did the boss. Don't be fooled if you are asked to pay for an IIN, they have a working scheme for collecting money.
