Half the services don't work. My wife ordered renewal of driving licence through egov and got the message it was ready. Came to the center, and the clerks tell he it was not there. It is always easier to say no. While the document was ready and after insisting, she collected the thing. Still happy about the egov functionality.

There are huge queues, there are not enough specialists. The specialists are illiterate. You sit for 2 hours to get the wrong service. You come and sit again. There are 30-40 people in line in front of you.

The most incomprehensible public service system. I came to get the EDS, stood in line for an hour to create an application, and waited in line for 2 hours to confirm the EDS. In the end, he spat and left. The staff is not working! They will accept 1 person and chat with each other for 20 minutes and drink coffee. There is also a scam in the queues. Everyone is waiting for their turn with an electronic ticket, except for the kings who climb out of line and the employee naturally accepts them. It's a terrible place, I'll do without this EDS

The fastest possible service! Very polite staff. The center has spacious halls, wide sofas, a beautiful interior, and a children's corner. We needed an IIN, it took 17 minutes to submit two applications, although there were a lot of visitors and at first we thought we would have to kill an hour and a half here. When the IIN is ready, you receive an SMS with a link to the document, you do not need to go to the PSC a second time, it is very convenient.
