After my indignation, he gave me some kind of fake contract "for the provision of personal manager services", which includes a priority queue, it's very funny, I waited more than an hour for my turn. He pressed for payment without reading and filling out the contract, he did not need it :) He refused to provide any regulations, documents, tariffs for services. The official website states that the service is free, I was not able to prove the opposite, everything is in words. I answered the questions without knowing and dodging, they don't give out a check for payment, only a fake receipt on a piece of paper.
