I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this PSC. If you want to save your time, go to another PSC. There are not competent employees in the help desk, they do not correctly direct them to the windows, they just lost time. The head of Amanzhol is also not competent, employees make mistakes in his presence, please take control and train the staff. The queue is long, some employees are just sitting there instead of quickly letting citizens go, they are sitting talking, there are simply no words in this PSC.
