In general, everything is fine, the staff is polite, the issues are resolved, it's not always the truth the first time. But I'll give it 3 stars. I'll explain why. When you enter, there are consultants at the entrance. They also consult, they also solve issues, they also beat out queue receipts, and so on. And in front of them there is a queue of visitors, one, two, a crowd, well, put 2 more consultants and there will be no queue, but no, there is a crowd at the entrance, everyone is shouting, crowding. Well, that's not the case, and you're wasting your time and nerves.

A visit to the Public Service Center (PSC) in Almaty left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the professionalism of some employees is noted, who promptly and politely help in resolving issues. On the other hand, there are cases of abuse and lack of competence of staff. Queues and long waits are also a common problem, especially during rush hours. In general, the quality of service in Almaty's PSC varies, and the experience of visiting depends on the specific branch and shift.
