The workflow management system is terrible, the infrastructure crashes often, workers work as if intuitively, and not according to instructions, although I wouldn't be surprised if there are no instructions at all. I spent 3 hours in this institution, due to the fact that there was an excessively long queue just for a ticket, was it really impossible to organize all this electronically, then the system failed in the morning, I understood no one was in a hurry to fix it, and finally the employees, who each in their own way understands the requirements for closing the organization, well this is most likely due to uncomplicated workflows and instructions.
